Profitez du calme de notre charmant T2, entièrement rénové dans un petit ensemble de 2 appartements. Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

A main room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher ,fridge freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, . The living room has a very comfortable 160 sofa bed. You will have a bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens and towels are provided for one bed , extra charge €10 for extra sheets. Household products are provided.
