Our fine little apartment in Stein is looking forward to nice vacationers. The apartment welcomes you with direct views of the Baltic Sea and a cozy private ambiance. Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

I offer you a small self-contained apartment on the 3rd floor of my house. On 56 m² there is 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room with dining area, a small bathroom and a sunny loggia. You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. Falkensteiner beach with high ropes course and mini golf is close, public transport stop 2 min. walk, ferry dock 5 min. walk. I look forward to your visit

Take a vacation right on the Baltic Sea. Your apartment is located in a 1B location just a few meters from the sandy beach. Take long walks, discover the coast on the more than 30-kilometer-long bike paths right on the water or relax while (sun)bathing on the white sandy beach. Explore the coast from the SUP board or kite depending on the wind and weather. In the immediate vicinity you will find (almost) everything that makes a vacation by the sea.

Kick back and relax – in this quiet, stylish place to stay. We have renovated our beautiful apartment with a lot of love. We cannot use it all year round and would like to give others the opportunity to enjoy this great view of large cruise ships within easy reach on the balcony and the proximity to the beach. Please treat the apartment and our privacy with respect. There is a double bed and a pull-out couch (1.40 x 2 m). Please use sheets.

From the 3rd guest, the price increases by 5 euros. No hidden extra costs for towels, bed sheets, cleaning. The municipality of Schönberg has a resort tax. 1.50 / 3.00 euros per adult/night. Our apartment "Strandperle" with sea view in Stein offers a feel-good ambience on 75 m² right on the beach. The light-flooded apartment on two levels is located on the 1st floor, has high-quality furnishings and is quietly located. The large window fronts and dormers, which allow a direct view of the Baltic Sea, make the apartment unique. With two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, it is ideal for 1 to 5 people.

The "bedroom" is a half-height lounging area (no standing height), which can be reached via a small wooden ladder/staircase. Also from the bed you have a great view of the water. There is also a TV corner. 1 car parking space in a parking lot secured with a barrier is at your disposal.

It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

The lovingly furnished 42 m² ground floor apartment was freshly redesigned in February 2026 and equipped with a new sofa and a new dining table. It has a small terrace and offers everything for a relaxing stay on the Baltic Sea.
