Wunderbares Ski-, Wander- und Bikegebiet mit 120 km Pisten bis 2300 m, Lauflaufloipen (300 m vom Haus), Badesee (gratis), Spielplätzen, Tennis.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

Seit Herbst 2019 erstrahlt das Cottage oberhalb von Flims auf 1500 müM. Beim Bau wurde grosses Augenmerk auf Qualität, Regionalität und vor allem Langlebigkeit gelegt, sowie Liebe zum Detail – das sind die Zutaten, die unser Cottage so einzigartig machen! Die traumhafte Lage verspricht ganzjährig viel Ruhe und Erholung, Ski-In und Ski-Out im Winter sowie im Sommer, Wander- oder Biketouren vor der Haustüre fernab von Hektik und Lärm. So kannst du den Urlaub in unserem Cottage richtig geniessen.

Ideal for families of up to 6 (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms + guest WC): the perfect base for hiking and biking in the mountains or the Rhine Gorge in summer & autumn, and for golf. In winter, it’s great for skiing & snowboarding in Laax. A well-behaved, house-trained dog is also welcome.

The house has all you need for a relaxing vacation.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is parking in the underground garage and easy access to the village. Close to shops and the bus stop.

Are you looking for peace and quiet? We rent out our newly renovated chalet in Surin, an outdoor guard of Lumbrein in the beautiful valley of light. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room for 4 people and a cozy sofa bed. The upper floor offers another sleeping option for 2 people, shower/toilet and 2 balconies with beautiful views. Vella ski resort can be reached in 15 minutes by car. There is no PostBus to Surin!

Charming chalet with lake view

Casa la Runtga is in a wonderful location with fantastic views of Lake Laax, the village and the mountains. The lake resort, indoor pool, wellness, children's ski lift, ice skating and many leisure activities are within walking distance. The ski resort can also be reached in a few minutes by shuttle bus or car. The area offers very special hiking and biking trails. The treetop trail is one of the newest attractions and starts in close proximity.

Casa Bigneras

The chalet stands alone on a large meadow less than 1000 steps from the village center. If you use everything, you have complete peace, a south-facing view of mountains from east to west and all the important starting points close by: shopping for everyday things, the chairlift valley station from Falera to the Weiße Arena and restaurants. The free village shuttle stops right in front of the house and the ski slope extends almost to the house.

Immerse yourself in this quiet yet powerful mountain world! Whether you let your mind wander or discover the Romanesque villages or the imposing surroundings is entirely up to you. This biologically lovingly renovated cottage offers you the optimal base for this. If you are flexible in terms of time, you are welcome to request cheap periods from me (prices vary greatly seasonally). My cottage is a drug-free zone for energetic reasons.
