The apartment with separate entrance consists of a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, 2-burner ceramic hob, espresso and coffee maker, toaster) with dining table with 3 comfortable chairs (can also be used as a workplace), a combined living room and bedroom and a bathroom with large shower (and washing machine, iron, etc.). Wi-Fi is available, as are smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, sewing kit, shoehorn and first aid kit. The courtyard garden area can be used.

Stylish one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious bathroom from where you can watch the pigs in the open-air while showering. On our estate, there are many more animals to admire - chickens (including roosters!!!! that means the alarm clock in the morning "rings" a little earlier sometimes), geese, running ducks, horses, quails... There is also a small farm shop and there is always a place to grill or a campfire.

The house was built with ecological materials (wood fiber insulation, clay plaster) and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 160 x 200, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

The attic apartment has a living area incl. Wi-Fi and Smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden there is a seating area on the garden pond incl. Electricity filling station 50m away. Our apartment is located directly on the city forest and is furnished with care. There is a 1.80 double bed and a 1.40 sofa bed. The location is ideal with its proximity to Conti, MHH, the ice hockey rink, the city and Kantplatz. We have a parking space on the premises. Children are welcome!
