Our studio of 24 m2, is in the very center of Rochefort, 10 minutes walk from the thermal baths, a few meters from Place Colbert and the Corderie Royale. On the ground floor, very quiet, although the studio overlooks the street. It consists of a kitchen with small dishwasher, induction stove, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, fridge with separate freezer compartment. Beautiful apartment with sea view in a charming Soulacais building. Large shared garden, you can use the left part, small gate that leads to the beach from the garden. We can leave two bikes at your disposal so we can enjoy our beautiful bike paths that are close to the property. In summer, restaurants, on the right when you exit the gate, Sandaya campsite 100 m away, grocery store, bar and restaurant with ocean view)
