This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

City centre house - close to central beach

New near the accommodation: fitness and wellness centre open all year round (CAP La TRANCHE) TRANCHE SUR MER is 30 minutes from LA ROCHELLE or LES SABLES D'OLONNE. It takes an hour to get to the ÎLE DE RÉ. You can get to several islands by ferry. The house can be occupied in summer and winter.
