A lovingly renovated 1980s house, ideal for large families or small groups of friends. With a garden that surrounds it creating different spaces where you can enjoy a barbecue, read a book under the palm tree, stroll through the garden or sunbathe. 400m from La Ria beach, at the junction of the estuary with the sea. Depending on the winter seas or high tide, at low tide you will find a beach of rocks with some sand, bathe from the jetty and catch crabs on the rocks.

The cabin has a spectacular view of Santander Bay and a quiet rural setting. This house has 3 bedrooms, a kitchenette with living room, a dining room with a very large table, a bathroom on the upper floor and a toilet on the lower floor and a kitchen equipped with: dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. On the other hand, it has a pantry with a washing machine and a large porch that has a barbecue. It also has WiFi and a foosball table.

Tucked on a wild fertile mountain a 400 year old barn was renovated by artists with natural materials.
