The accommodation is close to the highway, and located 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, 40 minutes from La Tranche-sur-Mer, 30 minutes from Indian Forest. 40 minutes from Le Puy du Fou.

Non-smoking studio Deposit of €50 on arrival. Clean and tidy, a portion of the security deposit will be deducted if the cleaning is not done.

Independent furnished studio in a local's home

We rent an accommodation: a main room of 14m2 includes a bed with a recent mattress (February 2023), a large wardrobe, a desk and a kitchen with microwave grill, a kettle, a filter coffee machine, a toaster and 2 electric hobs. Dishes and rubbish bins are available. An adjoining 4 m2 bathroom includes shower, toilet, sink. Everything is on the ground floor of our home with independent entrance and south-facing terrace.
