Terraced house on large wooded plot

Entire house, adjoining mine where I live alone with a child, on a fenced and wooded plot of 6000m2 crossed by a stream. Located in the quiet countryside and a 10-minute walk from the city centre of Brionne (all shops and market twice a week) and the train station. Long walks, GR, forests are accessible on foot, and greenways for cycling nearby (possibility of making bikes available). Fresh eggs as well as vegetables from the vegetable garden regularly available.
