The little Refuge

This is a neat cottage for a couple or a little family (2 adults & 2 children) situated in the heart of the beautiful valley of Argelès-Gazost. It is a little house of about 40 square meters, with a separated parking and its own garden. At 450m high, it is close to shops (less then 5 minutes from 2 supermarkets) but in a quiet place, on the forest edge, without vis-a-vis. At the start of many walks, a nice trail brings you to Argelès-Gazost in about 20 minutes. Tranquility without isolation.

Very warm and cozy mountain cottage. It has a panoramic view of the lake and the Pic du Midi. It has been recently renovated. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom that overlooks the landing with a single bed, a cabin bed and a bed in a tree house. Free WiFi. The Payolle site is a magical place called the "little Canada" because the lake is lined with beautiful fir trees. You will be able to do a lot of different activities.

On site you will find a 35 m2 stone chalet on a 3000 m2 property bordered by the Gave d 'Estaing. DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS: the rental is per week. 😊

Petit chalet montagnard

I spent my childhood in this house, which has since been renovated to make it a warm welcome point for 2 people who love nature and tranquility with their pet (if cats are ok). Due to COVID, linens are not provided. Electricity consumption billed at the actual cost (meter reading on arrival and departure). We have installed a wood-burning stove, you can use it (plan to bring logs of 40 to 50 cm maximum).
