The cottage sits high on a hill with wonderful views in seven hectares of land which it shares with two other houses, out of sight of one another. It consists of two separate blocks, one double bedroom and bathroom divided from the main body of the cottage by a few steps and a semi inclosed furnished veranda which incorporates the open plan living room/kitchen and larger bedroom with bathroom. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the living room.

Stazzo Liccia Barria- Villa con piscina

Lìccia Bàrria è il nome di un antico “stazzo” gallurese. La casa è originale, risale al 1850, ristrutturata all’interno mantenendo intatto il tetto antico in tronchi di ginepro. Si trova in Gallura, tra Arzachena e Palau. La casa dispone di un ampio salone con l’adiacente cucina aperta ma ben distinta, due camere e due bagni. Ampia veranda con tavolo pranzo e zona barbecue. Area piscina con solarium e doccia esterna.
