The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Between Loire and Canal du Nivernais, A beautiful apartment completely renovated and furnished with 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds awaits you for seasonal rental. Charming and warm house, with 400 m2 of garden, very quiet despite its location in the center of the village of "la Machine", an old mining town located 5 km from St Léger des Vignes and Decize and 1/2 hour from Moulin and Nevers. Small cozy nest, ideal for a quiet, relaxing and rejuvenating stay! Bicycles, petanque, BBQ, hammocks are at your disposal to enhance your stay.

Come and relax in a nice 70 m2 bright apartment, 2 bedrooms, shower room, large living room with open kitchen and balcony on the edge of the Nivernais Canal and close to the Morvan. Close to shops, water sports stadium, swimming pool, mini-golf, cinema and canoe kayak club. Access to the accommodation will be from the canal side and not from the main street.

In Gondières, you can enjoy a peaceful stay, 3 minutes away from Nevers - the largest town in the department. Both gîtes (La Ferme & Le Pigeonnier) are located on a 5000 square meters plot of land. They are separate from the owner's home, offering plenty of privacy. No pets.
