Cosy house with stunning views

Our house, built in 1925, has amazing panoramic views on to the highest peaks in the Pyrenees and is a comfortable family home with an open plan living area, a balcony and scenic garden. Artigue is set at 1200m in the central Pyrenees. The village is small but the neighbours are friendly and there are endless lovely walks from the doorstep. Bagneres de Luchon is a 15 minute drive away, where there are many bars and restaurants, a couple of supermarkets and lots more walking trails.

Tastefully renovated old village barn very functional, spacious and comfortable. You will enjoy its living spaces: sàm, living room and its fireplace, library area, pleasant mezzanine, 2 bedrooms with built-in closets, 1 dormitory bedroom with sitting area. A bathroom, a shower room and 2 separate toilets.A gde entrance will welcome you. A gde covered terrace with plancha, barbecue and its view of the mountain so close. A small enclosed garden will bring you moments of relaxation.

This house is newly renovated in part and is highly recommended for a couple with children or up to 8 adults. This is also a good option for workers as it can be set up with 8 single beds. If you come with children, you can request bicycles and toys, a high chair, a crib... Due to the renovation we are doing, one of the rooms will be set up with a living room with sofa beds, also a second industrial-type kitchen ideal for events and a dining area for 16 people

Lovely Basque family villa in the heart of nature, very sunny at the foot of the mountains. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train, Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. In the middle of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber optic internet which allows teleworking if necessary.

Upstairs detached house located at an altitude of 765 meters in the small village of Aas, commune of Les Eaux-Bonnes. The house is located in a quiet area with mountain views, from where you will enjoy the sun from morning to night. Private petanque court, 3 parking spaces, outdoor terrace.
