View of the mountain and the ski resort of Le Seignus ( located 5 minutes away ). Chalet on 2 levels (spiral staircase) with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Frying fireplace that makes the atmosphere very warm, modern kitchen that offers all the comforts, new appliances. Walk-in shower bathroom. New bedding Emma very comfortable. WiFi.

Chalet located in Chaumie, a hamlet between Colmars Les Alpes and Allos, 5 min by car from each of the villages. Many hikes start directly from the chalet and others are quickly accessible by car. For skiers, you are less than 15 minutes by car from the first ski slopes (10 min from Seignus d'Allos and 20 min from La Foux d'Allos).
