The house has 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 160 cm and 1 double bed 140 cm), 1 modern bathroom, 2 toilets, a large fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV and Wi-Fi box, a study and a garage on a 1,300 m² enclosed plot (flexible fencing 1.20 m high) - Patio veranda.
