The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms on the floor. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
