Small renovated apartment on the ground floor of our house in the heart of the Bauges at the end of a cul-de-sac that opens onto a trail leading directly to the 3 lakes and other beautiful walks. The apartment is located in a quiet hamlet with access to amenities a 5-minute drive away (supermarket, bakery, butcher, ice cream and chocolate shop, convenience store, etc.). Free parking is available in the hamlet. About 35 minutes from Annecy and Aix-les-Bains, 1 hour from Geneva.

Located at the end of a cul-de-sac with three houses, including our own, Dream Catcher is designed for 2 people ( not suitable for children and babies ) Access is easy in summer - in winter the path is cleared of snow by us (snow equipment obligatory). This 30 m2 cottage, with tasteful decor, will welcome you in the commune of CHATELARD. It is fully equipped like at home with amenities included such as towels and sheets provided. Located in the Bauges Regional Natural Park, classified by UNESCO. Immerse yourself in a natural and relaxing setting and come and practice all kinds of activities (skiing, snowshoeing, hiking...) (resorts nearby) and enjoy idyllic landscapes (Lake ANNECY, Lake du Bourget...).

Florent, mountain guide, offers hikes for all levels, accompanied by Heidi and Doudou our donkeys.
