The apartment "PEPITO", with an area of 40 m², includes: - a living room with wood burner, TV and a ceiling fan, open to the fully equipped kitchen: stove, extractor hood, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster, juicer, Nespresso. - a large bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190), 2 large cabinets with large drawers, 2 nightstands, a ceiling fan. - a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer and welcome products. - a private terrace and garden with table, chairs, and sunbeds, view of the almond fields, where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets. - Parking space inside, private entrance via the garden terrace. You will have access to your entire apartment, your terrace, without any sharing with us. We are at your entire disposal during your stay, knowing how to be discreet for your tranquility; the table d 'hôtes welcomes you for more conviviality. We provide you with the following services in your apartment: mineral water, heating, electricity, linens (sheets, towel and sunbathing), high-speed WiFi internet access, TV, private parking space, and cleaning on departure. And in winter the firewood for the fireplace: we will clean your fireplace every day and prepare it for your comfort, then you will only have to feed it with logs (from November 1 to March 31 of each year). The apartments are non-smoking, but you can smoke outside: on your private terrace or around the pool.
