Adorable stone house in historic village.

This idyllic French stone house can sleep up to five people. It has two bedrooms, a large living room with a woodburner, a fitted kitchen with a large dining table and two shower rooms, one on each floor. The rear bedroom has a balcony that overlooks the garden with a ruined abbey and the Charentaise countryside beyond. Outside there's a summer kitchen, a small terrace and a lawned garden. The village has a delightful cake shop, a popular restaurant, artisanal stores and a museum.

Welcome to our family home, an old village farmhouse typical of the Charente, renovated (partially) by us. Located in Paizay-Naudouin, a few km from Ruffec, it is a friendly and warm house. It offers a peaceful setting, without vis-à-vis, perfect for relaxing for families or groups of friends. Very good location on the Poitiers(50min), Angouleme(35min), Niort(1h),and Limoges(1h15). 3 minutes from all shops. 2 minutes ( by car ) from a pond with a snack in summer as well as a supervised swim. Also 2 minutes away is a restaurant (closed on Mondays) as well as a bakery and 2 grocery stores. Our home located in the countryside will bring you peace and quiet and a change of scenery.
