Sheets & towels ARE NOT PROVIDED and I do not charge for cleaning (€50). If it is not subscribed, a cleaning deposit check is requested upon check-in and returned upon departure if the premises are perfectly clean. In winter, a contribution to heating (electric) will be requested, based on the meter reading taken on arrival and departure, and on the basis of €0.23 per kW consumed beyond the 10 kW/day package already included in the rental price.

For your convenience, a free parking space is reserved for you during the summer season in June/July/August. Parking is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation.
