The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Nearby is a small supermarket, bakery, restaurant, as well as a river and several walking paths. A recreational area (tennis, basketball, pétanque) in the municipality. Activities such as canoeing, tree climbing, lake... are available in the surrounding villages (about 15 km) and you will have the opportunity to visit many beautiful small villages with their restaurant that will serve you our good Périgord products. A perfect place to put your bags down and feel at home.

You can access it all day but it is privatized between 11 a.m./12:30 p.m. and 3 p.m./5 p.m. Outside of these times you will meet our family.

In one day you can easily enjoy all that Périgord has to offer, 10 minutes from Brantôme, 20 minutes from Périgueux and 5 minutes from all shops. Private terrace and garden.
