Be one of the first to enjoy our recently refurbished, well appointed apartment. WIFI 500 Mb. You'll feel right at home and you don'tt need a car to get around. Our apartment has splendid views of the Marina and the sea. The apartment is on the 5th floor of building a located on the Promenade, 5 min walk from the Beach, and 5 minutes to supermarket and bars, restaurants. We are 100 metres from the Marina, the lively commercial and leisure centre, and a 20 min walk from the Carihuela.

Large glass doors open to a charming Juliette balcony, welcoming natural light into the living area. A simple wooden coffee table is centered, while a comfortable armchair sits nearby. The view showcases an elegant historical building across the street, adorned with decorative architecture.

Tivoli Park is to 4 km and Aqualand Water Park inTorremolinos to 2,5 km. The area is very well connectd: there are buses, Train Station with direct service to the Airport and Malaga city and taxis.

Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment, 40m2 & 60m2 terrace. Very cozy. It has a view of the ocean and sun all day. Look west. It's on the ground floor. Ideal for a couple. Babies & children NOT ALLOWED. The building has 60 apartments. The pool is seasonal and cosy. My apartment is a couple of minutes walk from the promenade & Santa Ana beach & the park & bus stops. My kitchen is fully equipped. There are 2 Air co & all appliances are new. I have 600 MB of WiFi
