Dans la pièce de vie cuisine américaine équipée de plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes four, frigo, lave vaisselles. Il (email hidden), lecteur DVD, et box wifi à disposition. You will find peace and quiet in the countryside setting of our old renovated walls while being a 5-minute walk from the village (bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, optician, media library, 10-minute walk from the daily market in summer and 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) outside of this period, and 15 to 20 minutes from the beaches, port and restaurants. Optional: €20 for sheets and towels, cleaning at the end of the stay (€25 w.end). We'll be delighted to welcome you in a friendly atmosphere.

Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Apartment with two very spacious bedrooms, very well appointed and fully equipped. It is in the heart of a pretty village typical of the island of Oléron, Brée-les-Bains. This accommodation is less than 200 meters from the supervised beach, and a children's holiday club. In addition, in summer, the market is at the foot of the building and takes place daily, outside this period, we benefit from a smaller market 3 times a week. This beautiful apartment is less than 200 meters from the shops.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
