Large, bright, air-conditioned house at the foot of an equestrian center and the bike path. Quiet. 6min by bike from the daily market, restaurants, shops from the port and the beach of La Phibie. 15min bike ride to Giraudière Beach. The house consists of a living room of 40m2, an equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms +1 , 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets, a fenced, wooded garden with outdoor dining area and lounge and private parking spaces. Comfortable. Towels and bed linen provided.
