Exceptional 40 m² studio, Mont Dore hyper center

Unique charming studio in Mont Dore in the hyper center, south facing, with a balcony overlooking the park and mountains. Building facing the thermal baths, in the only listed building in Mont Dore that has largely contributed to the development of the city. This studio is the only one in this state with this level of services. In the past, the Queen of Romania came to stay. In 2018, France 3 TV even made a film about it. Completely renovated in 2020, all comforts and fully equipped. Capacity 2 people

Very nice 2-room apartment with balconies in the hyper center

In the city centre, very nice 2 bedroom apartment, 37 M² on the 2nd floor with balconies. Ideally located near the thermal baths and all amenities. It consists of a pleasant living room combining living room and equipped kitchen as well as a sofa convertible into a 140cm bed. All facing south and west opening onto 2 balconies from which you can admire a magnificent panorama from Sancy to Puy de Gros. IT has one bedroom with storage and a queen bed in 180cm. Finally a bathroom with shower and WC.

Grand appartement duplex SANS AUCUN ESPACES À PARTAGER (ce qui n'était pas le cas avant). Great place to stay and rest in peace and disconnect! Our apartment is a 100 m2 duplex, renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style. Very bright, it is located in a quiet residence, 5 min walk to the center of La Bourboule. All shops, restaurants, thermal baths, casino, Parc Fenestre and shuttles to the ski slopes are within walking distance. By car, the Nordic and alpine ski resorts of Massif de Sancy are 10-15 minutes away.
