The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Bike service – City of Nantes – Bicloo Station Close to tram and bus. Tram - Line 3 Bretagne or Jean Jaures stop Tram – Line 2 Place du Cirque stop Bus - Line C2, Talsensac stop If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line 2, Talensac or Viarme stop. Come and spend a pleasant stay in this 37m2 apartment located on the 2nd and last floor (no elevator) of a quiet residence with swimming pool, large terrace of 20m2. Pool open from the end of June/early July to early September, 5 min walk to the beach without having to cross the road (underground), 10/15 min walk from the village and the large supervised beach and the Bernerie sea water basin. Beach accessible all year round to dogs in Les Moutiers en Retz. Check-in is after 4 P.M. onwards.

Cabane de charme, ce lieu est un havre de paix noyé dans la verdure. A dix kilomètres des plages de Pornic et St Michel Chef Chef, il offre une tranquillité assurée en pleine nature. Pièce à vivre avec coin cuisine équipée, lit double 140 en alcôve, table et 2 chaises, télévision, radio, wifi, ventilateur et rafraichisseur d’air. Salle de bain indépendante avec douche , vasque et toilette. Lit fait et linge de toilette fournis. Animaux acceptés, le terrain est maintenant clôturé.

Lovely flat with terrace in the city centre

Lovely and charming flat with a terrace in the historic centre of Nantes. Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. West side, villa with exceptional sea view

This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.
