In 2 minutes you are in the water, in 2 minutes you can take an air-conditioned nap. the fully equipped studio is on the first floor facing west with a beautiful terrace, sunset and small view of the salt marshes and in the distance the Almanarre. everything is at your fingertips: Porquerolles and the beaches of the peninsula. sunshine guaranteed!

Apartment composed of a living room with kitchen area and sofa bed that converts quickly into a 140 bed, a sleeping area (a 140 bed and a 90 bed in the mezzanine), a bathroom, separate toilet and a terrace facing the sea. It has a named parking space in a gated community. Its location allows you to fully enjoy the sea without car hassles! Depending on the season, the pleasures will vary. Hiking, swimming, water walking, paddle boarding, sailing... or just relaxing.

My place ( redone in 2023) is close to the beach(30 meters),a supermarket, beach equipment, bakery, family-friendly activities, sailing,windsurfing, kite surfing, water skiing, jet skiing. You will also like the Almanarre beach 5 minutes away (kite surfing) For information, given the high demand, during the summer period (July and August) only stays of seven days minimum can be validated and only from Saturday to Saturday.
