The house is located directly on the golf course, is within walking distance of the golf club house and is also close to the beach, making it ideal for golfers and beach lovers. In the summer months there is a community pool. The La Hacienda Alcaidesa Links golf resort has 2 golf courses, Heathland and the Links course, which was completely renovated in 2022. There is WiFi, Air conditioning and TV.

Villa Cana is located in the exclusive “La Alcaidesa” development. A family-friendly and pleasant environment. The house has all the amenities and you can breathe peacefully both inside the Villa and throughout the development. Private beach access is a 2-minute walk from the house, and restaurants, bars, supermarket, and pharmacy are a 3-minute walk away. The pool will only be open July and August.
