Near the sea! Lovely Private Old Japanese Villa

●A second bathroom has been completed in keyanz. We have added shower rooms and toilets so that large groups of people can use them. ●A Japanese garden was created in keyanz. The view from the tatami room is excellent. Relax, unwind, and feel Japan! ●There is a Kamado room and an attic room where visitors can experience traditional Japanese culture. In the Kamado room, you can cook rice as an option. ●The ocean is a 3-minute walk away and the popular Totoro Forest is a 10-minute walk away.

One private holiday home at the foot of Mount Aso.

Main bedroom has 2 beds, a big closet, working space and another Japanese style room has two futons. The kitchen is fully equipped so that you can use it for a long stay without any inconvenience. There is a wood stove in the living room which is available in winter after receiving instructions from the host. The host lives next house, but of course will not disturb you unless guest's requests. Our 花hana is located at the foot of Mt. Aso, so we coexist with the wild animals and rich nature.

川と川が合流する石垣の上にあり、木々に囲まれた古民家をリノベーションした、素泊まり一軒宿となっております。 見える範囲に他に建物はなく、川の音、鳥の鳴き声、自然との一体感をお楽しみいただけ、水道も湧水(水質検査済)となっております。 季節によって、川遊びや、かっぱ滝を目指して、宿の横の川を行き交う方々もいらっしゃいます。 お天気が良ければ、川遊びはもちろん、ご持参いただいた食材でBBQ、 焚き火も楽しみいただけます。 (火の取り扱いには充分お気をつけください。) 雨の際は、お部屋の中にある囲炉裏にて、ご持参された食材を炭火でお楽しみいただいたり、調理器具、レンジ、食器類も備えておりますので、ゆっくり川音を聴きながらの調理はいかがでしょうか。 川沿いの散歩道を上に進むと、150m程先に「かっぱ滝」もございます。 夕食等の飲食物は、ぜひチェックイン前にご用意ください。スーパーまでゆっくり車で20分かかります。 古民家の400m手前より、道が未舗装で狭く、わかりづらくなっておりますので、 「camu椿山」までお越しいただけましたら、私達が、ご案内させていただきます。

The Itokuro Estate is a historic Edo-era home built over 200 years ago. Newly renovated, it blends modern comfort with traditional Japanese architecture. Yumi and Yasumichi, the on-site caretakers, live in a separate area and do not share any living spaces or bathrooms with guests. They are available to assist guests and provide transportation to/from the local train station. Bicycles are available for the guests to explore the beautiful beaches and countryside of Itoshima.
