Quiet hours are requested from 22.00-06.00. The apartment is non-smoking. There is a private parking place in the garden. Possibility of parking in the garage right next to the apartment for a fee. Downtown about 8 minutes on foot. Lidl and Peny stores approx. 5 minutes walk. Cyclists welcome. 4 bikes are available for free during your stay. Tips for nearby getaways. Check out my guidebook. U Maliny - Viktorie apartment

Spacious accommodation with a large terrace overlooking the Ploučnice River and the surrounding hills. There is a shared garden. You can make a fire here or sit in a spacious pergola. The accommodation is on the first floor. So consider whether you like stairs. There's another apartment below you. Everyone has their own private entrance and their own terrace. The accommodation is located in the village, so sometimes you can hear grass mowing or wood cutting. There is also a bike path.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Vlčí Hora cottage in wilderness

We offer a stay in a cozy traditional log house in peace and privacy. The house has lovely views and is located near forest and National Park. The living room has fireplace, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Two bedrooms are in the second floor. Heating is provided by the fireplace, electricity is for keeping the house warm. Unlimited WiFi with a speed of approximately 28 Mbps. The ceilings in the first floor are low, please be careful not to hit your head!

Nedaleká oblast labských pískovců, je také vyhledávanou lokalitou jak pro rekreační, tak pokročilé horolezce.

Our small apartment is in a rural location. You can walk to the Kottmar and the source of the Spree in 45 minutes. You can also explore the surroundings by bike. Take a break and relax in this environment. The apartment is freshly furnished and is located on the first floor in an old house. The entrance leads through a shared hallway. The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.

Chata u Jezera

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

Chata Relax Kyjov

Na kyjovské přehradě probíhá od 10/2023 do 11/2024 revitalizace. Přehrada je vypuštěná a probíhá zde čištění a oprava hráze. From October 2023 to November 2024, revitalization is taking place at the Kyjovsk dam. The dam is drained and the dam is being cleaned and repaired.
