The location in the middle between Bø and Notodden provides opportunities for trade and restaurants In the summertime it is possible to rent the canoe ( on sharing with my second cabin in the area) for NOK 350,- a day.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Welcome to our cabin! 😊 The cabin is located on the sunny side of Gaustatoppen, about 870 meters above sea level. It has stunning views of three waters and the mountains. 😊 Right on the down side of the cabin is worthwhile Tuddal mountain hotel. This is a historic hotel well worth a visit. Attached municipal water and drainage, with fresh and well water in the tap. NB! BED LINEN and TOWELS must BE BROUGHT, but can be rented for an additional fee of NOK 100 per person. Bed sizes: 1x180 cm, 1x150 cm, 1x 120 cm, 3x 75 cm.

Velkommen til vores nye dejlige hytte på Gaustablikk med vidunderlig panoramaudsigt og skøn beliggenhed. Hytten ejes af 2 danske familier, som sætter en ære i at give vores gæster den bedste oplevelse. Hytten er fra foråret 2021, den ligger flot i terrænet med udsigt mod Gaustatoppen og har skoven som nærmeste nabo. Der er ski ind/ud fra hytten og kort afstand til pisterne og langrendsløjperne. Vi har forsøgt at indrette hytten, så den skaber rammerne for at I kan hygge jer og nyde livet.

Sit back and enjoy one of the best views Gausta has to offer! Direct access to both cross country skiing and alpine skiing, centrally located and readily accessible. Park your car snuggly and snow-free in the private garage with its own ski storage room at the back, only a small staircase up and into the apartment. The apartment is chic, elegant and fresh and with super layout. Short distance to Gausta View and Built with lovely food and après-ski.

Sleeps 2 adults, 1 child in travel cot. Convenient location by Totakvannet. Enjoy peace and quiet. High standard. Nature enters the living room. Deer, hares, foxes and deer often pass by. Medieval "prestvegen" goes past the property and can be followed through the forest to Sandane which is the bathing beach with large B. Sun from midday.
