About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and all the fantastic things Falkenberg has to offer. Warmly welcome!

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Our 'farmhouse' is located between Falkenberg and Halmstad, overlooking the Suseån river valley, fields and meadows. In the local area, there are plenty of wonderful farm shops, local growers and cosy cafés. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarps beach €1.5 million for Falkenberg €2.5 million for Halmstad 4.5 million to Ullared Accommodation for those who want something special! Bed linens and towels are brought. Cleaning supplies are provided, but guests are responsible for cleaning. No smoking indoors!

Welcome to a cosy cottage in the countryside, perfect for relaxing. The cottage is 48 sqm with a patio and views of nature and meadows. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, cooker, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. The patio has outdoor furniture and a barbecue during the summer. 15 minutes to Halmstad by car.

En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. Unique accommodation in idyllic Särdal, about 1.5 miles north of Halmstad, along the coastal road between Haverdal and Steninge. It is a small cozy cottage with sea view about 700 meters from the beach. Close to hiking in nature reserves, exercise trails, coastal fishing and cozy marinas. Good location to just relax or discover our wonderful coastal area or maybe explore the whole of Halland. Shops, restaurants and cafés are nearby and there is a bus stop next to the property.
