Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

House on farm right by the lake

Here you live surrounded by grazing animals and vegetables, herbs and flowers right outside the door during the season. There is a lot of space to unfold both inside and outside. Inside there is a large living room and dining area with TV and many games. In the basement you will find a pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside there is a large porch with seating and a fire pit. There is also a fireplace with chairs. It is 200 meters to the lake, the beach is just nearby. Randaberg is a 5-minute drive away, Stavanger 20 minutes away

It's only one hour drive from Stavanger and the airport. 10 min walk to public beach. All on one level, 150m2. Large private parking. Jacuzzi and big terrasse. Alt av fasiliteter er tilgjengelig enten i minihuset eller i kjelleren til butikken Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg like ved. Gårdsutsalget ble i 2023 og 2025 kåret til Norges beste gårdsbutikk og er en liten attraksjon i seg selv. Rett ved siden finner du en badstue som kan bookes med like god utsikt.
