Welcome to relax in the arms of the forest! Ranta-Mäntylä is located on the shore of a beautiful and fishy lake (Kallavesi), surrounded by nature, in the courtyard of our home, just a 25-minute drive from the cities of Kuopio and Leppävirta. The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people, and a baby/child's extra bed can be found if needed. The sleeping quarters have sleeping accommodations for two during the summer. Guests have access to a barbecue, paddle board and rowboat. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub.

Small beach cottage with sauna

The small cottage in the yard of our house, right on the lake shore, has electricity, no indoor toilet. The sauna water is taken from the lake with a pump, but drinking water is available from the main house faucet. One of the beds is 160 cm and the other is a sofa bed. You have access to a rowing boat and one (or 2) lightweight kayaks. Swimming shoes are recommended on the beach (small stones at the beginning). The city is 15 km away and the village of Siilinjärvi is about 8 km away. The nearest store is about 4 km away and the service station is 3.7 km away.

Welcome to Huvikumpu! Here you will spend a relaxing holiday with your loved one, family or friends. The cottage is located 38km from the center of Kuopio, in a quiet location. The cottage has a kitchen-living room with alcove, a bedroom, an indoor toilet, a shower, a dressing room, and a sauna. In addition, a glazed deck with infrared heaters and a lot in the yard (at an additional cost of 100e). Air source heat pump and municipal water. Large grass yard. The beach is gentle and partly sandy. Rowing boat and 2 paddleboards for tenants' use!

A high-quality and atmospheric log villa on the shore of Kallavesi. A quiet, beautiful place with a view of Kallavesi and close to nature. The cottage overlooks a beautiful and illuminated lighthouse. The cottage was built in 2002 and has been well maintained. The property is a regular cottage, not a hotel. Ideal for summer and winter accommodation. There is a rowboat on the beach. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, sleeping loft, electric sauna, shower, dressing room, toilet, air heat pump and a large fireplace.

Ok, in the yard of the house, a small cottage in peace by the pond. The Tarina golf course is 200 meters away. Great place for two, the living room has a pull-out sofa bed, both 1200 wide beds. 3 km to the center of Siilinjärvi, 20 km to Kuopio. 11kw charging for electric cars at an additional cost. The property has a refrigerator, freezer with compartment, microwave, coffee maker, gas grill. Electric sauna, shower, toilet. The rent includes linens and final cleaning. Next to the main cottage, there is a summertime sleeping fence with a stunning panorama of lake views. Large windows bring nature indoors everywhere!
