The kitchen is fully equipped, bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has a sofa bed and TV. The bedroom has a 140cm bed. Cleaning not included but can be pre-booked for SEK 500. Bed linens and towels at a cost of SEK 150/set. Upon request, there is also a wood-fired hot tub that can be pre-booked for SEK 800. Close to outdoor activities.

Warm welcome to our comfortable and well-equipped apartment of 56 sqm right next to the slopes in Kungsberget. The apartment has 4 regular beds divided into two bedrooms and two extra beds in a sofa bed. The kitchen and living room have a nice open plan. The accommodation has a balcony, sauna and fireplace. During high season, it is possible to book either Sunday to Thursday, Thursday to Sunday or full weeks. Shorter periods, e.g. Friday to Sunday, can be booked if there are at most 48 hours left until arrival

The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

In addition, there are baby/child amenities, toys, board games, BT speakers, TV with streaming services and books to read.

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects.
