Bright and fresh accommodation on charming farm, built in 1886, close to Skärhamn. Apartment with large windows in three directions and three meters in ceiling height. Recently renovated, with old charm preserved, but modern features in place - fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, hygiene area with shower, wc and laundry comforter - tiles and floor heating. Airy and peaceful bedroom with double bed. Patio and garden access. Beautiful nature and hiking trail outside the corner. 700 m to the sea two bicycles to borrow

Our newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of our house with separate entrance and lovely balcony with outdoor furniture in a south-facing location. We live in the other part of the house, well separated from each other. In Båtevik, only 500 meters from the house, there are good swimming opportunities with beach and jetty. 1.5 km away is Kårevik's swimming area, where there is also a diving tower.
