The air conditioner provides pleasant cooling or heating, while the stove adds a cosy atmosphere. The large covered terrace is perfect for your morning coffee or for relaxing in the evening. Located on the bank of lake Kemešys 'Vasara' also has a private footbridge to the lake and a terrace with amazing view

Located 45 km away from Vilnius, nestled between two lakes, 5 rooms house (4 bedrooms with lake view, 3-bathrooms) is available for rent. Guests have access to a sauna, a jacuzzi, table football & tennis, beach volley, a gas grill, a lakeside gazebo, a rowboat & etc. We welcome guests seeking a tranquil retreat surrounded by nature and those eager to actively engage in leisure. The estate grounds are enclosed, and in another house within the estate, the hosts, who have pets, reside permanently.

Villa MIGLA

Vila MIGLA is in a very small village, in the Labanoras forest, near the lake Aisetas (16 km long). Ideal for wild nature and sport lovers. I personally in summer swim long distances in Aisetas. In winter: when there are good conditions, lake Aisetas is perfect for long distance (20-30 km) free stile skiing. Forest is good for classic skiing. Summer is good for gathering berries and mushrooms. Car drive to Vilnius center: 1.5 hour, to Kaunas center 2.0 hour, to Moletai and Utena 0.5 hour.

Our homestead is full of life, at the same time full of peace and privacy. In the morning you can see deer, and in the evenings you can hear bats spinning and frogs and birds choir. This is our second home, so we can safely say that it is perfect for family recreation - children are equipped with a separate playhouse, sandbox, swings, football goals.
