Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Shower room, kitchenette, fully equipped with cooking utensils, washing machine with dryer and ironing board, internet, TV with all channels, Netflix and Amazon Prime, folding sofa bed, desk, monitor for laptop. Garden and second outdoor dining area, dogs can run freely there. Easy access to cities such as Lübeck, Schwerin, Rostock, Ratzeburg, Lüneburg and Greifswald via the surrounding motorways. Quiet apartment right on the lake circular path Since this is my regular home, I ask you to be respectful of it. You have a bedroom with a dresser, a sofa and a small table, a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen with a stove, fridge/freezer and microwave. I locked the 2nd room and the room to store my private belongings. Unfortunately, the oven and washing machine + dryer are broken. Important: absolute quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 pm, only non-smoking

The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.
