The house is in a decent compound,fiber internet, free pier, sun loungers , 400 meters to the sea, if you prefer to walk, you can reach the pier in 10 minutes, it can be a little tiring to climb the stairs or reach the house by flat road. It has 2 pools,both are close to the house, the minibus for transportation passes through the lower street, 5 km from Yalikavak marina. It is 7 km away from Gundogan. 15 km to Bodrum center
