The floor space is approximately 50 square meters. The room is between 2.2 m in the conservatory and 4.6 m in the dining area. A wooden ladder leads to the sleeping level. The bed is (2 x 1.4) m. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be used on the first floor. The house was completely renovated in 2019. An approx. 35 sqm terrace is included.

The rural life, the expanses of the outer dyke as well as the large garden, in which fruit trees can also be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small towns offer beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering, also for cyclists and motorcyclists.

On the second floor are the three bedrooms and bathrooms and an open salon area.

When you are looking for a real quiet and relaxing resort, sou will love to live in our wonderful old barn house neatly renovated from an architect loving old houses and modern technique (that is me). You can enjoy a real large TV, (incl. BluRay-Player etc.) Internet and a cosy fire place. Dive into nature below old oak and ash trees, wake up with happy bird chirp and watch hare, pheasants and deer walk by the huge glass doors in front of the kitchen and living room.

Beautiful one-room apartment in the historic center. On the property of the naturopathic practice, we have renovated a small half-timbered house. Five minutes' walk into nature. Disconnect from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Movement is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Krummendeich is a great starting point for - whether to Duhnen, Otterndorf or the Altes Land, everything is easily accessible.

Right on the edge of the Hullen bird sanctuary in Nordkehdingen lies the small town of Balje. An agricultural area full of nature. The small thatched house on Deichstraße has a lot of history behind it and was completely renovated and newly expanded by me last year. The house is nestled in a natural garden. Apple trees, cherry trees, currant and jostaberry bushes create a nice feel-good atmosphere.
