You are offered a large terrace with private jacuzzi overlooking a newly constructed shared pool. Villa apartment guests are provided with towels, robes, slippers & shampoos. This facility is located 10 minutes walk from the seashore.It is ideal for vacation for up to 2-3 persons.The holiday house is located in Kruce between Bar and Ulcinj.Bar is 18 km away, Ulcinj 8 km, Podgorica airport is 62 km away, while Tivat airport is 76 km away.The accommodation includes a living room with dining room and kitchen a bathroom and 1 bedroom. As well as comfortable garden with barbecue and sea views for real relaxation and enjoying the sea magics.

In an olive grove, we designed and built a house that will win your hearts, modernly equipped and made with a lot of love so that you will want to spend as much time as possible in it. From its terrace you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, surrounded by olive and oak trees. Complete peace and quiet will make you feel relaxed. We are located between Bar and Ulcinj. Our house is located right next to the main road, but it's not noisy which is very important.

Beachfront Villa with Boat Tours

As you can see on photos, house is only few steps in front of the beach. 2 parking places are private for our guests. Check in time is flexible as per agreement with guests. Boat tours are available for our guests. Cost depends on the location of travel and is very reasonable, including berth and maintenance of the boat. There is also a possibility of renting boat, only for holders of Boat Driving License.
