Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!

Välkommen till vårt nyrenoverade gästhus som är lantligt beläget på en gård med skogen runt knuten. Det ligger endast 7 km från Ullared och ca 10 km från närmsta fiskesjö. Vill man till havet så är det ca 35 km. Ett perfekt utgångsläge för semester i Halland. Gästhuset har egen uppfartsväg och är avskilt från värdens bostad. Huset är väldigt mysigt och har allt som behövs för upp till 4 personer. Lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. Det finns även en elbilsladdare och laddning betalas på plats.

The property has four rooms, of which three bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms. There are sleeping places for 10 adults and two small children. The cottage is located about 800m from the beautiful Lyngsjön swimming area with barbecue area, and nice trails in the Halland forests that offer mushrooms and berries. The nearest community is Ätran 8km with a shop, pizzeria tempereted outdoor pool and ski trails. Fegensjön with fine fishing is only 8km from the cottage. Here you relax in a modern holiday home of 70sqm with a large patio deck and carport.

Bo med hotellstandard i skogen fast utan elektricitet. Laga mat över öppen eld och njut av stjärnhimlen genom stora glaspartier i en skön dubbelsäng. En skogsupplevelse utöver det vanliga mitt i Halland med närhet till både hav och sjö. Förutom ett och annat får ligger det helt för sig självt i en liten skogsdunge. Från bastun är det vacker utsikt över nejden. Frukost med lokala råvaror hämtas nere på gården. Pris gäller för 1-4 pers. inkl. frukost, bastu, sängkläder, städning, ved.
