Stay right by the beach in wonderful Sandvik! Swim, sunbathe and enjoy the sunset over the sea. Cycle along the beautiful road of the stone coast and experience Öland's nature. Sandvik is Öland's pearl, a quiet picturesque fishing village with beach, harbor café, restaurants and ICA. In the house, you will find a new kitchen with many dining areas and three bedrooms with comfortable beds. Oceanview from almost all rooms. In the garden, there is outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill for summer evenings. On rainy days, afternoon tea can be enjoyed on the veranda.

Newly renovated cottage near beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location near Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered patio with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with dining area, lounge area, sun loung chairs and hot tub (spa bath) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 beds (sofa). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included, as well as final cleaning.

On the farm, there was a royal inn a long time ago. There, the king and his entourage could eat, rest and change to rested horses on their journey through the country. This was a long time ago. We have run the farm as a dairy farm, but that is also history. Now that we have retired, we have devoted a little extra love and care to this house. It has been renovated and become 2 apartments. Välplanerad året-runt-stuga med 6 st sängar (+ en bäddsoffa för 2), med en härlig tomt på 1500 kvm och närhet till det mesta på norra Öland. Stugan ligger i ett litet, lugnt och familjevänligt stugområde med fotbollsplan och boulebana. Stugan ligger 1,5 km från en av Ölands vackraste kuststräckor och solnedgång, och cyklar finns att låna kostnadsfritt. Snabbt Wi-Fi med fri surf ingår och stugan har även egen laddstolpe till elbil för endast 100 SEK per bokad natt. Stugan är rök- och husdjursfri.

Neighbor with ICA store and bus stop for Silverlinjen with daily departures to / from Stockholm. Located in the small community of Källa, about 7 km to the central town of Löttorp with a large range of services such as the form of restaurants, health center, swimming pool, library and shops. The accommodation is equipped with wifi throughout the house.

This new Beach House sits on the beautiful sand beach at Byrum-Sandvik on Öland. Watch sunsets over the ocean and the island of Blå Jungfrun. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, surfing, hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses are nearby (20 km). Located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach or go for a bike ride.

En liten promenad till restauranger och caféer eller strosa runt bland de mysiga sjöbodarna i hamnen. Lev det enkla livet i fridfulla och centralt belägna boende i idylliska Byxelkrok. En ny, välplanerad frigga med en skön säng, mysig soffa, tv, toalett, utedusch m varmvatten, litet kök, kylskåp med litet frys. Altan med både sol och skugga.

Grill, studsmatta, badminton, cyklar finns att låna. Finns 6 st till vuxen/ungdom. Samt 2 mindre, som passar för ålder 5-7 år. 2 för 3-5 år. Affär, Ölands största glassresturang, gårdsbutik, busshållplats & hav ca: 2 km, golf 5 km. Städning görs av hyresgästen. Lakan/handdukar ingår ej.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. Cycling distance to urban area with shops and bike rental, 3 km to the barren west coast and 6 km to Sandbybadet with long sandy beach. Nice golf course is also close by. The cottage contains 1 double bed 160 cm wide. An extra bed for children/juniors is available, 80x190 cm. Fully tiled bathroom with shower and toilet. Outdoor furniture is available. Towels and sheets can be rented as an addition.
