This unique place has a style all its own. It's an old church that's been completely renovated. High ceilings with large light openings and a large balcony that makes the inside into the outside. High quality of everything from building materials to furniture. This is a home for the extra picky who appreciate the beautiful and the peaceful. Here, a calmness enters. Close to the sea, 30 minutes to Karlskrona, 35 minutes to Kalmar, the glass kingdom in the Knots, picturesque Kristianopel a stone's throw away. Farm shops and café just around the corner.

Nice larger cottage Karlskrona S

Rural, quiet accommodation on an island in Karlskrona archipelago with its own large garden for relaxation and play, but still close to the city, shopping center and shopping. Many beds, and your four-legged friends are very welcome. Feel that you have come to a relaxing environment with room for the whole family, with the possibility of walks in the woods and warm swimming in Karlskrona's archipelago. Opportunity for fishing is available at the associated jetty, but no boat moorings. Public swimming area at Knipehall, with trampoline 1 km away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Built in 2022 with dishwasher, washing machine and fiber. One double bed, 2 80 cm beds, 1 120 cm bed, double bed up in the loft and a junior bed and travel bed. Dining area for many. Barbecue. Wood stove. Picturesque terraced town with acclaimed Carlas café and pool at the campground. Sea view. Nice, quiet sandy beach within walking distance. Bicycles are available to borrow. Close to Grönhögen where there is Ica, café, pizzeria, tennis, paddle tennis and golf. Cleaning is not included

Seaside appartment ligger vägg i vägg med värdfamiljens bostad. Här ingår sängkläder o handdukar ”bäddat o klart när ni kommer. Det är en lägenhet med havsutsikt och närhet till naturskyddsområde med vackra stigar. Det finns tillgång till hav med möjlighet att bada 50m från lägenheten. Vi har även en gästsuga på tomten som syns i bild, den heter Panorama archipelago. Våran huvud bostad som ligger vägg i vägg går att hyra när vi är iväg ”Villa panorama” båda går att hyra på Airbnb.

Modern style cabin with sea view

Stugan ligger precis intill Östersjön, utanför Bergkvara beläget mitt emellan Kalmar och Karlskrona med ca 4 mil till vardera städer (ca 25 minuter med bil). Stugan byggdes klart 2022 och är 45kvm + loft. Stugan har alla bekvämligheter man kan tänka sig med havsutsikt från samtliga rum. Lakan & handdukar kan hyras för 15€/150 sek per set. 150m från stugan ligger även badplats med sandstrand, badbryggor och flotte, samt fantastiska vandringsleder både norr och söderut.

Vid sidan av detta boende finns även en lägenhet för 2 personer att hyra på Airbnb den heter Seaside apartment. Även huvudhuset går att hyra när vi är bortresta. ”Villa archipelago”

Välkommen till detta nybyggda hus med utsikt över ängarna, bara 2 mil från Karlskrona. Här förenas lyxigt boende med naturens lugn och skönhet. Stora fönster släpper in ljus och skapar en panoramavy. På övre våningen väntar ett charmigt sovrum med balkong. Nedervåningen erbjuder ett till sovrum och ett fräscht badrum. - Sängkläder och handdukar ingår ej. - Huset skall städas innan avfärd.
