A very quiet, large freshly renovated independent basement family apartment with own kitchen and own large bathroom. It is accessible by the separate outside staircase from the garden site. It is a part of the detached house occupied by the two owners with 9 outdoor cats and 1 friendly female dog. The house is on the quiet side street in the village of Chorherrn, 5 km from Tulln an der Donau with a private free parking on site & optional cont. or hot eggs breakfast (€10 p/p). The accommodation was originally a lounge at an oil drilling site in Marchfeld, later it was used as a moving vehicle until we discovered its potential as a tiny house on wheels. Only the framework remained of the former construction trailer. Everything else was planned, furnished and equipped by us. Guests now find the construction trailer as accommodation that lacks no (small) luxury. In the middle of the llama meadow, it has an idyllic spot on the farm.

My place is in the wine region of Krems an der Donau in a rural idyll. You'll love my place because of the outdoor space, the homemade apricot jam for breakfast and because guests become friends with us. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).
