The house has a gym, a bike room, and a ski room with a ping pong table. It is possible to reserve 2 electric bicycles in advance. The house is located by a busy road. There are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park by the church in the parking lot. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river with nice privacy and only nature.

In the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Boží Dar, in a small village, I created our refuge. A sensitively reconstructed attic overlooking nature and a hot tub on the terrace (for an additional fee) and a home cinema. We'd love to lend you our place. The entire space, including the terrace, will be available to you. We will help you plan a trip and discover the beauty of the Ore Mountains. We take care of our place with love and care. We want you to feel at home here too. Mountains, nature and a spa town, there's a little bit of everything here!

The duplex apartment is located at the highest point of the village of Loučná at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level, with a breathtaking view of Klínovec and Fichtelberg. You can enjoy the views while sitting on the balcony or at breakfast. The apartment is within walking distance from Skiareál Klínovec. In winter you can enjoy skiing, from spring to autumn a trail park, cycling and hiking in beautiful nature. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.

Apartments K Lanovce Ela and Bella with their own parking spots were newly built in July 2023. We offer exclusive service, modern furniture, high-speed internet and full kitchen equipment. Apartment Ela is the smaller of the two apartments offered, but very cozy, suitable for couple or two to three friends. The apartment can be internally connected to the Bella apartment. You can store bikes, skis, or other amenities in a separate and lockable cubicle. The apartment has a private parking space right next to the house.

In summer, we generally host two guests only, but couples travelling with babies or toddlers are warmly welcomed, so please feel free to get in touch

There is a sauna for up to 6 people with a shower.

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

After the original cottage burned down in 1987, we designed and built the cottage in its current form within 3 years, and we try to continue to maintain and improve it for our, but especially your, comfort.
