Due to its location in the area there are numerous bars and restaurants, and the area is full of student life. The house is located in the village of Rybitva next to Yoshof nad Wisła. On the property there is a gazebo with a barbecue, a playground, a games room and a bonfire area. Bikes are also available. Nearby are the rivers Wyżnica and Wisła, where canoeing is organized.
