It consists of an indigenous stone house from the beginning of the 19th century, and a new part dominated by large glass surfaces that connect the interior of the house with the exterior. In the old part of the house there is a bedroom, and in the new part there is a living room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The surrounding area of the house measures 1000 m2. It contains eight centuries-old trees that can provide protection from the sun. There are two seasonal vegetable gardens at your disposal.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views.
