Kragnæs is directly connected to the old beautiful market town of Ærøskøbing via the beautiful nature trail (Nevrestien), which is 5.5 km. In addition, it is only 3 km to the island's largest town, Marstal. The house has a lovely, sunny south-facing garden, where you can relax under the large old apple tree. Kragnæs is a lovely little village in the heart of Ærø, where you can relax from the city life.

A cozy old, low-ceilinged house with a lovely courtyard. Continuously modernized. The property contains on the ground floor; entrance, cozy living room, dining room and kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine and bathroom with shower. On the 1st floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, a smaller room with two single beds and a bathroom with toilet, cupboards and sink. You must bring your own bed linen and towels. Everything else is included. Pets are not allowed.

Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small ports. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the archipelago trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

Our house was once a fisherman's house. In 2019 everything was extensively refurbished. The house offers relaxing tranquility, and yet lies in the middle of the action.
