Welcome to our cozy little holiday apartment with the beach and sea 500 meters away! And close to bigger places like Middelburg and Domburg. Downstairs bathroom and dining facilities. Upstairs seating area and beds. Private shower, toilet, fridge, cooking facilities with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. With WiFi, TV and in the summer an air cooler. Deliciously soft water through the water softener. Tea and coffee are available; these may be consumed free of charge. Within walking distance are various shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a bakery. Crib and high chair available, this costs €10 per stay. (pay separately upon arrival). A staircase fence is installed upstairs. Check in from 2 p.m. Check out before 10:00 . Parking is free with us on the driveway. So no parking fees! Our price includes tourist tax. Our Tiny House/Studio is specially designed to relax and unwind. The matte lacquered wood and the sober surroundings radiate calm. The space is modern and industrially decorated without too many distracting elements. From the windows, you can see the dunes and watch the sun set in the evening. Through the window on the other side of the room, the morning sun shines towards you. You sleep in this Tiny House/studio less than 500 meters from dunes, beach and sea.

This renovated vacation home is stylishly decorated and equipped with the latest equipment. It is a bright house, located directly at the foot of the dunes just a few meters from the beach. This cozy farmhouse, Hof Mettenije, is located on the outskirts of a village on a quiet dike. In the middle of the fields, in peace and yet close to the sea with beautiful large sandy beaches (2.5 km). The house (about 200 m2) is suitable for large families (10 people). Optionally and if available, the adjacent guesthouse can be rented (2-4p). The house has all the comforts and is completely energy neutral.
